What's included in our adoptions:

All applicable and required
vaccinations, spay or neuter surgery and a micro-chip.

All pets are examined by a veterinarian. Any pet arriving needing medical treatment for a condition or injury are treated at the shelter's expense.

What is the adoption process:

All interested parties are required to fill out an application for any of the animals at our facility.

A visit and brief interview is then set up to make sure it is a good match. 

Some of our pets may require a home visit to be done.

An adoption fee applies.

What if the adoption does not work out?

Any adoption that does not work out, for any reason, must be returned to us. Please call first  to arrange a return.

The first thing you want to think about when considering adoption is:

• What type of pet fits best in my home or lifestyle?
• What type of energy level do I want in a pet?
• Can I afford to properly care for a pet?
• Do I have adequate time to spend with a pet?
• And, am I ready to commit to that pet for its entire life?
• Factor in everyone in your home or family before deciding.
